I created a more than a dozen campaigns and after running the first few, I couldn’t see from the main campaign page which had started to run and which had not once the initial sending mail had completed per campaign.
Basic Features:
We need some way of seeing which campaigns have been started and how far along with the follow up messgaes they are.
A date stamp on when the campaign was started
Advanced Features To Consider:
When the next message is due to be sent for each contact.
An indicator, maybe matching the pie chart colours, to show current contact status.
Seperate Indicators for mail and form status per contact.
Click to sort (up/down) on each column.
A notification when a campaign has completed with the accompanying stats per message (could be left as csv download with email as a notification).
Since there would likely be a lot more columns, allow scrolling off screen to the right.
Make the columns selectable (on/off) so we can customise the view according to how we want to work.
Make custom views savable and available to all campaigns.
Remember the last view used in each campaign.
Really Advanced Features to Consider:
Combine the Campaign Logs with the Campaigns Info.
Combine the Email Tracking with the Campaigns Info.
If you could get this lot sorted over the next week or two, it would be much appreciated.
